Class Descriptions
 
Cardio/Weights:
High intensity and low impact aerobic movements with periods of resistance training.
 
Yoga: 
Designed to enhance vitality and sense of well-being. Focus on flexibility, balance, strength, and posture. Great for stress reduction!

Zumba:
Come give Zumba a try! It's a fun way to get your cardio done. Don't worry you won't be the only one missing a step!
